Building on our first year, 2024 focused on keeping communities engaged beyond event day. Alongside our annual triathlon programme, we introduced seasonal swimming sessions, family walks and community activities during school holidays.

These smaller, community-led projects helped people stay active throughout the year, strengthen relationships and continue their journey with Black Tri Tribe outside of organised events. 365 days of community. Throughout 2024, Black Tri Tribe shifted from delivering annual events to creating year-round opportunities for communities to stay active. Seasonal swimming sessions, family walks and holiday activities ensured participants remained connected, supported and engaged beyond race day.
