We are committed to promoting health and fitness, building a strong community, enhancing cycling skills and safety, expanding access to cycling opportunities, and advocating for greater representation in the cycling world. Surrey Docks Fitness
Spin Bike sessions at the Surrey Docks Fitness and Water Sports Centre. Everyone is welcome, and we celebrate diversity. Be part of a tribe that motivates and inspires! Program Details: Duration: 45 minutes (4pm to 5pm: Saturdays) Date: August 9th - 13th September Location: Surrey Docks Fitness and Water Sports Centre Who Should Join: Spin classes offer a multitude of benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, muscle toning, and enhanced mental well-being. They are a high-intensity, low-impact workout that can help with weight loss, increased endurance, and overall fitness. What to bring: You'll need just a few things to start, including comfortable workout clothes, a towel to wipe your face, and a water bottle.
