By signing below, I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge and agree to the following:

 

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in a triathlon involves strenuous physical activity and may include inherent risks such as personal injury, illness, dehydration, collision with other participants or vehicles, adverse weather, and other hazards. I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury or loss arising from my participation.

 

Medical Fitness

I certify that I am physically fit, have trained adequately, and have not been advised against participation by a medical professional. I agree to disclose any medical conditions that may affect my ability to participate safely.

 

Emergency Medical Treatment

In the event of injury or illness, I consent to receive emergency medical treatment, including transportation to a medical facility if necessary. I understand that any medical costs incurred will be my responsibility.

 

Waiver and Release of Liability

I hereby release and hold harmless the event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, officials, host communities, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims for injuries, liabilities, losses, or damages that may arise from my participation in this event, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

 

Photography and Media Release

I grant permission for the use of my name, likeness, image, voice, or performance in any promotional materials, media coverage, or broadcasts related to the event without compensation.

 

Code of Conduct

I agree to abide by the rules of the event and conduct myself in a sportsmanlike manner. I understand that failure to do so may result in disqualification.

 

Minors (if applicable)

If the participant is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign below, acknowledging and accepting all terms on behalf of the minor.
