In the event that you receive a defective product, please contact our us via email at theblacktritribe@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for an exchange. We are happy to assist you in selecting the correct size if needed. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
